My thoughts literally. I’ve been discussing this with my friends and I PRAY the second and third movie are done correctly, but as said.. new fans will be confused, the first movie was the most important, it sets up guts story, his childhood, his relationship to all of the characters (which by the way had no depth WHATSOEVER in the movie and were kind of just there) and the relationship with griffith (which by the way seemed more like some kind of fanservice yaoi in the movie).. Sadly disappointed but overall im glad i watched it. The trailer for the 2nd movie however looks INCREDIBLE, it gives me the shivers!
